Conclusion

Above are some features introduced about the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of  Thanh Mieu Branch along with situation of fund mobilization activities that I have learned during the internship course. Maybe this is just a part of the existing situations at Thanh Mieu Branch, however over this time, also gave me a better understanding about the operation of a bank as well as the problems that bank has to face and overcome for a sustainable development. In recent years, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development-Thanh Mieu Branch has encountered many risks and difficulties from fluctuations of the economy to the fierce competition between banks. However, after more than 10 years since its inception, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development-Thanh Mieu Branch has been rated as one of the five branches at its best in the Phu Tho Banking for Agriculture and Rural Development System.

In the process of economic integration, along with the development of the whole world, of all areas of economic, political, social, there will be many new tasks, new challenges posed, but at what had achieved, we can fully trust the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development-Thanh Mieu Branch.
